Project Management Tool

The key to a successful project is the way in which it is managed. We have developed an efficient project management tool known, as Issue Tracker, that allows issues and faults to be logged as a project progresses.

The benefits of having a project management tool are seen through streamlined troubleshooting and organisation. Issues can be ranked according to severity, with the opportunity for the the reporter to describe the issue and upload files to support it.

Each of our clients is supplied with a login to use the Issue Tracker. For each issue recorded, an automated email system will give progress as the issue moves from assigned status through to resolution.
